Our company began its operation in January 1987.  The inspiration for our company was the realization that there is a need for a company that can provide quality craftsmanship and good customer relations.  Our company is headquarted in Perryville, Maryland.  We are the first government approved (8a) Small Business Administration company in Perryville, and we have been accepted as a builder in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Home Loan Guaranty Program.  We are a licensed and insured company in the State of Maryland also.

We are a company that strives to excel in the business of building/renovating residential and commercial properties in a timely manner. What makes our company different and special is that we will remodel and renovate buildings, homes, offices, etc. to improve the conditions in the community.  Our company recruits only experienced employees and subcontractors (when necessary). We provide complete residential and commercial renovations of kitchens, bathrooms (including ADA complaint) , room additions, decks, garages, siding, windows, masonry, offices and other building services for local, state, federal government entities and private entities also.
